Other than that I would add Caring leader is equally important too. At the same time, a great leader must know how to model and learn from the other great leaders too. We are not born perfect and there are a lot of things that we need to learn and grow everyday. Once we stop learning, it is just like a plant, we will be dying! Cheers!
